I have attempted to activate my account since April but failed; I always communicate with you in positive way, but still cannot a get anything done with it. I hate but have to say that I ‘m really disappointed. You always say that those documents I provided didn’t meet the expectation, but never show me how to do it or just say follow the introduction online. The problem is I went to the bank and printed documents, and get our country level 1 notarized to do the translation and notarizations then send to you. I believe I done everything your website said, but it doesn’t work.
I’m not just complaining here, what I want to ask that is, if I send all the original documents (include my passport), can I activate my account? Or, just like you said you got a lot of Chinese customers, could you please show me how they have done it? Please give me as much details as possible, I really wondering how they met you bank requirements in the same situation that I got. All I want it your help, this account is very important to me, thanks for your time.
