paypal Additional Information Required

一个美国PP（刚解封的）发款后 收到下面邮件，估计是打电话联系我没联系上，请教该怎么回应？如果不回应会出现什么问题？还有其它解决办法么？

包括email,电话,地址等。
pp似乎建议你销号重注啊。
赶快修改一下账户信息，取完钱就销号重注吧。
